Generally we don't send more than two newsletters a month. Remove requests are acted upon immediately.
We never store Credit/Debit card details taken by us over the phone. They are kept only as long as necessary to complete orders.
The only third party we share your contact details with are our couriers for delivery purposes!
We keep financial details (including: Name; Email; Mobile/Landline numbers) relating to orders for the shortest time possible as required by law!
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check spelling, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork for print. If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, customer is responsible for payment of all original design. All artwork must be approved by the customer via email before a job can be prepared for print. This approval is contractually binding for payment of all services rendered. All artwork designed and proofed remains the property of RPM Sign and Design until paid for in full.
